Sukta 4.38
यं सीमनु प्रवतेव द्रवन्तं विश्वः पूरुर्मदति हर्षमाणः । पड्भिर्गृध्यन्तं मेधयुं न शूरं रथतुरं वातमिव ध्रजन्तम् ॥
yám sīm ánu praváteva drávantaṃ víśvaḥ pūrúr mádati hárṣamāṇaḥ | paḍbhír gṛ́dhyantaṃ medháyuṃ ná śū́raṃ rathatúraṃ vā́tam iva dhrájantam ||
అతనిని అనుసరిస్తారు సమస్త అనేక ప్రజలు, ఆనందంతో—అతడు వాలుదారిలో ప్రవహించే వాగు వలె వేగంగా దూసుకుపోతున్నప్పుడు. అతనిలోని మేధావి బలం పాదాలచే (చలన-శక్తులచే) కోరబడుతుంది—బుద్ధి యొక్క శూరుడు, రథబలంతో జయించేవాడు, వాయువులా కంపించేవాడు.
