Transliteration
mitrásya carṣaṇīdhṛ́to ’vó devásya sānásī | dyumnáṃ citráśravastamam ||
Translation
ప్రజలను ధారించే దేవుడైన మిత్రుని సహాయాన్ని మా కొరకు పొందించు; అలాగే అనేక విధాల ఖ్యాతిలో శ్రేష్ఠమైన ‘చిత్రశ్రవస్తమ’ అయిన ఆ ప్రకాశమయ ద్యుమ్నాన్ని కూడా మాకు ప్రసాదించు—శ్రవణంలో వెలిగుతూ సర్వత్ర వ్యాపించేది.
