Sukta 10.100
आ नो देवः सविता साविषद्वय ऋजूयते यजमानाय सुन्वते । यथा देवान्प्रतिभूषेम पाकवदा सर्वतातिमदितिं वृणीमहे ॥
ā́ no devaḥ savitā́ sāviṣad váya ṛjúyate yajamānāya sunvaté | yáthā devā́n prati-bhū́ṣema pā́kavad ā́ sarvatā́tim áditiṁ vṛṇīmahe ||
దేవ సవితా మా కొరకు జీవన-సమృద్ధిని ప్రేరేపించుగాక—ఋజుగామి యజమానునికి, సోమాన్ని పిండేవాడికి. మేము ‘పాకవత్’ (పరిపక్వచిత్తులు) అయి దేవులను యథావిధిగా అలంకరించి, వారి సమీపానికి చేరగలిగేలా—సర్వతాతి కొరకు అదితిని మేము వరిస్తాము.
