त्रिरश्विना सिन्धुभिः सप्तमातृभिस्त्रय आहावास्त्रेधा हविष्कृतम् । तिस्रः पृथिवीरुपरि प्रवा दिवो नाकं रक्षेथे द्युभिरक्तुभिर्हितम् ॥
trír aśvinā síndhubhiḥ saptá-mātṛbhiḥ tráya āhā́vā́s tredhā́ havíṣ-kṛtám | tísraḥ pṛthivī́r upári pravā́ divó nā́kaṃ rakṣethe dyúbhir aktúbhir hitám ||
హే అశ్వినులారా! ఏడు మాతృకలైన నదులతో కలిసి మూడుసార్లు—మూడు ఆహ్వానాలు స్థాపించబడతాయి; హవిస్ త్రివిధ క్రమంలో నిర్మితమవుతుంది. మీరు మూడు భూములను, వాటి పైన ఉన్న దివ్య శిఖరం (దివో నాకం) ను కాపాడుతారు—దీప్తిమంతమైన దినాలూ రాత్రులూ స్థాపించినదిగా.
