त्वं धुनिरिन्द्र धुनिमतीॠणोरपः सीरा न स्रवन्तीः । प्र यत्समुद्रमति शूर पर्षि पारया तुर्वशं यदुं स्वस्ति ॥
tváṃ dhúnir indra dhúni-matīḥ ṛṇór apáḥ sīrā́ na srávantīḥ | prá yát samudrám áti śūra párṣi pārā́ya turváśaṃ yádum svastí ||
ఓ ఇంద్రా! నీవు ‘ధుని’—కదిలించేవాడవు; ‘ధునిమతి’ అయిన కంపించే జలధారలను నీవు తెరిచావు, అవి నాగలి గీతలవలె ప్రవహిస్తాయి. ఓ శూరా! నీవు వీరుణ్ని సముద్రం అవతలికి తీసుకెళ్లునప్పుడు, తుర్వశుని యదుని క్షేమంగా దాటించు.
