स मामनादाय वनं न त्वं प्रस्थातुमर्हसि।तपो वा यदि वाऽरण्यं स्वर्गो वा स्यात्सह मे त्वया।।2.30.10।।

Transliteration

sa mām anādāya vanaṁ na tvaṁ prasthātum arhasi |

tapo vā yadi vā’raṇyaṁ svargo vā syāt saha me tvayā ||

Translation

నన్ను తీసుకోకుండా నీవు వనానికి బయలుదేరుటకు అర్హుడు కావు. తపస్సు అయినా, అరణ్యవాసమైనా, స్వర్గమే అయినా—అది నీతో కలిసి నాకు కావాలి।
