ఈ సంక్షిప్త రాజమంత్రం రాజును దృఢమైన, కదలని సార్వభౌమాధికారంలో “కంచె వేసినట్లు” స్థిరపరుస్తుంది; రాజ్యం జారిపోకుండా, ప్రజలు స్వచ్ఛందంగా ఏకమై నిలిచేలా చేస్తుంది. రాజును “పర్వతంలా” స్థిరంగా నిలిపి, ఇంద్రుని ఆదర్శంగా మలిచి, సోముడు మరియు బ్రహ్మణస్పతి సమర్థించిన యజ్ఞదృఢత్వం (ధ్రువ)తో ఈ క్రియను ముద్రిస్తుంది.

राज्ञः संवरणम्। आ त्वा॑हार्षम॒न्तर॑भूर्ध्रु॒वस्ति॒ष्ठावि॑चाचलत्। विश॑स्त्वा॒ सर्वा॑ वाञ्छन्तु॒ मा त्वद् रा॒ष्ट्रमधि॑ भ्रशत्
రాజునకు పరిమితి-రక్ష. నిన్ను నేను ఇక్కడికి తెచ్చాను; నీవు లోపల ప్రవేశించావు. ధ్రువంలా స్థిరంగా నిలువు; కదలకుము. సమస్త ప్రజలు నిన్ను కోరుగాక; నీ నుండి రాజ్యం జారిపోకూడదు.

इ॒हैवैधि॒ माप॑ च्योष्ठाः॒ पर्व॑त इ॒वावि॑चाचलत्। इन्द्र॑ इवे॒ह ध्रु॒वस्ति॑ष्ठे॒ह रा॒ष्ट्रमु॑ धारय
ఇక్కడే, ఈ స్థలంలోనే నీవు వర్ధిల్లుము; జారిపోకుము. పర్వతంలా అచలంగా నిలుచుము. ఇంద్రునివలె ఇక్కడ ధృఢంగా నిలిచి, ఇక్కడే రాజ్యాన్ని (రాష్ట్రం) ధారించుము.

इन्द्र॑ ए॒तम॑दीधरत् ध्रु॒वं ध्रु॒वेण॑ ह॒विषा॑ । तस्मै॒ सोमो॒ अधि॑ ब्रवद॒यं च॒ ब्रह्म॑ण॒स्पतिः॑
ఇంద్రుడు దీనిని స్థిరపరిచెను—ధృఢమైన హవిస్ (ఆహుతి) చేత ధృఢంగా చేసెను. దానిపై సోముడు సమ్మతిగా పలికెను; బ్రహ్మణస్పతి—ప్రార్థనాధిపతి—కూడా అలాగే పలికెను.
