Sukta 83

एन्येका॒ श्येन्येका॑ कृ॒ष्णैका॒ रोहि॑णी॒ द्वे। सर्वा॑सामग्रभं॒ नामावी॑रघ्नी॒रपे॑तन

Sanskrit recitationAtharva Veda 6.83.2

énī́ ekā́ śyenī́ ekā́ kṛṣṇā́ ekā́ róhiṇī́ dvé | sárvāsām ágrabhaṃ nā́mā́vīraghnīr ápa itan ||

One is Eṇī, one is Śyenī, one is Kṛṣṇā, and two are Rohiṇī: the name of them all have I grasped—harmless to heroes—away, depart!

ఒకటి ‘ఏణీ’, ఒకటి ‘శ్యేనీ’, ఒకటి ‘కృష్ణా’, ఇంకా రెండు ‘రోహిణీ’. వాటి అన్నిటి పేర్లను నేను పట్టుకున్నాను—వీరులకు హాని చేయనివి—దూరంగా పోండి, నిష్క్రమించండి!
