न त्वावां॑ अ॒न्यो दि॒व्यो न पार्थि॑वो॒ न जा॒तो न ज॑निष्यते । अ॒श्वा॒यन्तो॑ मघवन्निन्द्र वा॒जिनो॑ ग॒व्यन्त॑स्त्वा हवामहे
ná tvā-vā́n anyó divyó ná pārthivó ná jātó ná janiṣyate | aśvāyánto maghavan índra vājíno gavyántaḥ tvā havāmahe
None other, heavenly or earthly, is like unto thee; none hath been born, nor shall be born. Seeking horses, O bounteous Indra, seeking the prize and seeking cattle, we call on thee.
నీతో సమానుడు మరెవ్వరూ లేరు—దివ్యుడైనా కాదు, పార్థివుడైనా కాదు; ఎవడూ పుట్టలేదు, పుట్టబోడు. హే మఘవన్ ఇంద్రా, అశ్వాలను కోరుతూ, వాజం (విజయ-ధనం/బహుమతి) కోరుతూ, గోవులను కోరుతూ మేము నిన్ను హవిస్తాము.
