அவன் இவ்வாறு செய்து கொண்டிருக்கையில், தேவன் இந்த விரதத்தை அறிவித்தான். அந்த அரசனும் அதை அனுஷ்டித்து, மகனைப் பெற்றான்.
Varāha (default instructor voice; explicit speaker not marked in the excerpt)
It reflects a common Purāṇic narrative pattern in which a prescribed observance (vrata) is presented as a culturally authoritative means to frame royal conduct and desired outcomes, functioning as didactic literature within the broader Sanskrit tradition.
No geographic location is named in this specific verse; it focuses on the declaration and performance of an observance and its result.
The verse emphasizes disciplined adherence to a stated observance (vrata) as a model of conduct, presented neutrally as a cultural-philosophical instruction linking intentional practice with consequential outcomes.
