ṣaṣṭhyaṣṭamī hy amāvāsyā tūbhayatra caturdaśī || maithunaṃ nābhiseveta dvādaśyāṃ ca tathā priye

Translation

ஷஷ்டி, அஷ்டமி, அமாவாசை, இரு பக்ஷங்களின் சதுர்தசி நாட்களில் மைதுனம் செய்யக் கூடாது; பிரியமே, த்வாதசியிலும் அதேபோல்.
