तं यज्ञमिति मन्त्रेण सृष्टियज्ञः समीरितः । अनेनैव च मन्त्रेण मोक्षश्च समुदीरितः ॥

IAST Transliteration

taṃ yajñam iti mantreṇa sṛṣṭi-yajñaḥ samīritaḥ | anenaiva ca mantreṇa mokṣaś ca samudīritaḥ ||

Translation

“தம் யஜ்ஞம்…” என்ற மந்திரத்தால் சிருஷ்டி-யாகம் கூறப்படுகிறது; இதே மந்திரத்தால் மோக்ஷமும் அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது।

Academic Translation

By the mantra (containing the words) “taṃ yajñam…,” the sacrifice that is creation is declared; and by this very mantra liberation too is proclaimed.
