दिवो नाभा विचक्षणोऽव्यो वारे महीयते । सोमो यः सुक्रतुः कविः ॥
Transliteration
divó nā́bhā vicakṣaṇó ’vyó vā́re mahīyate | sómo yáḥ sukrátuḥ kavíḥ ||
Translation
வானின் நாபியிலிருந்து, தெளிவாகக் காணும் சோமன் கம்பளச் சலனியின் ஓட்டத்தில் மகிமை பெறுகிறான்; ‘ஸுக்ரது’—நேர்மையும் ஒளிமிகு சங்கல்பமும் உடைய—கவி-ரிஷியான அவன் எங்களுள் பெரிதாக வளர்கிறான்.
