Sukta 1.92
उदपप्तन्नरुणा भानवो वृथा स्वायुजो अरुषीर्गा अयुक्षत । अक्रन्नुषासो वयुनानि पूर्वथा रुशन्तं भानुमरुषीरशिश्रयुः ॥
úd apaptann aruṇā́ bhānávo vṛ́thā svāyújo áruṣīr gā́ ayukṣata | ákrann uṣā́so vayúnāni pū́rvathā rúśantaṃ bhā́num áruṣīr aśiśrayuḥ ||
மேலே தாவுகின்றன அருண (செம்மை) ஒளிப்பிரகாசங்கள்—தடையின்றி; தாமே யோகமுற்ற அருஷ (செம்மை) கதிர்கள் ஒளிமிகு ‘கோ’களை (ஒளிக்கூட்டங்களை) இணைக்கின்றன. உஷாஸ் பழம்போலத் தம் விதானங்களை அமைக்கின்றன; அருஷிகள் அந்தப் பிரகாசமான பானு (ஒளி)-வின் அருகே நெருங்கி அதிலேயே தங்குகின்றன.
