Sukta 1.126
शतं राज्ञो नाधमानस्य निष्काञ्छतमश्वान्प्रयतान्त्सद्य आदम् । शतं कक्षीवाँ असुरस्य गोनां दिवि श्रवोऽजरमा ततान ॥
śatáṃ rājño nā́dhamānasya niṣkāñ śatám aśvān práyatān sadyá ā́dam | śatáṃ kakṣī́vān ásurasya gónāṃ diví śrávo 'járam ā́ tatāna ||
நாதமான அரசனிடமிருந்து நூறு நிஷ்கங்கள் (பொன் ஆபரணங்கள்); நூறு நன்கு இணைக்கப்பட்ட குதிரைகள்—அவன் உடனே அளித்தான். அசுரன் (ஆளும் प्रभு) உடைய ஒளிமிகு கோ-செல்வத்தின் வழியாக கக்ஷீவான் விண்ணில் அழியாத ‘ஶ்ரவஸ்’ (அக்ஷயப் புகழ்) பரப்பினான்.
