Этот краткий гимн врāтья-комплекса представляет сакральное лидерство как ось, вокруг которой естественно выстраиваются народ (viś) и ключевые институты государства. Называя Совет (sabhā), Собрание (samiti), войско (senā) и героев (śūrāḥ) в числе следующих за ним, гимн ритуально закрепляет политическую легитимность и гражданско-военное согласие для того, кому он предназначен. Его сила выражена как знание-заговор: тот, кто «так знает», становится priyam dhāma — признанным, благоприятствуемым местопребыванием среди этих корпораций.
