Sukta 9.97
प्र काव्यमुशनेव ब्रुवाणो देवो देवानां जनिमा विवक्ति । महिव्रतः शुचिबन्धुः पावकः पदा वराहो अभ्येति रेभन् ॥
prá kā́vyam uśánā-iva bruvāṇó devó devā́nāṃ jánimā vivakti | mahí-vrataḥ śúci-bandhuḥ pāvakáḥ padā́ varā́ho abhí eti rébhan ||
Ele profere a palavra inspirada como Uśanā; o Deus desvenda os nascimentos dos deuses. Grande no voto, aparentado ao Puro, o purificador —cantando— avança como um javali com seu passo, ó cantor, rompendo caminho até a meta.
