Sukta 9.96
अपघ्नन्नेषि पवमान शत्रून्प्रियां न जारो अभिगीत इन्दुः । सीदन्वनेषु शकुनो न पत्वा सोमः पुनानः कलशेषु सत्ता ॥
apághnann eṣi pavamāna śátrūn priyā́ṃ na jā́ro abhígīta índuḥ | sī́dan váneṣu śakunó na patvā́ sómaḥ punānáḥ kalaśéṣu sattā́ ||
Abatendo os inimigos, tu segues, ó Pavamāna; como um amante cantado pela amada, a gota luminosa, Indu, é aclamada. Pousando nos vasos de madeira como uma ave que voou, Soma, purificado, toma assento nos jarros.
