प्र सोम मधुमत्तमो राये अर्ष पवित्र आ । मदो यो देववीतमः ॥
Transliteration
prá soma mádhumattamo rāyé arṣa pavítra ā́ | mádo yó devavī́tamaḥ ||
Translation
Avança, ó Soma, o mais rico em deleite melífluo; por Rayi, flui para o filtro. Pois esta é a embriaguez mais capaz de trazer para nós os poderes dos deuses.
