Outer meaning

In us place luminous glory—on the givers and on me as well—grant also winning increase, inspired intelligence, and fame.

Inner meaning

The seeker asks Soma to establish dyumat yaśas—luminous spiritual radiance—in the collective of fellow aspirants (maghavadbhyaḥ, the generous/giving ones) and in oneself. The prayer includes sani (winning acquisition: steady gain of inner riches), medhā (inspired intelligence, right discernment), and śravas (wide hearing/fame: the soul’s resonance and effective expression of truth).

Universal truth

Spiritual realization should manifest as shared luminous strength, steady inner increase, clear inspired intelligence, and a truthful expression that benefits the wider life.
