सोमो मीढ्वान्पवते गातुवित्तम ऋषिर्विप्रो विचक्षणः । त्वं कविरभवो देववीतम आ सूर्यं रोहयो दिवि ॥
Transliteration
sómō mīḍhvā́n pavate gātuvít-tamaḥ ṛ́ṣir vípro vi-cákṣaṇaḥ | tváṃ kavír abhavo deva-vī́tamaḥ ā́ sū́ryaṃ rohayo diví ||
Translation
Soma, rico em dádivas, corre — o melhor descobridor do caminho —, ṛṣi, inspirado, de ampla visão. Tornaste-te kavi, o mais bem-vindo aos deuses; fazes o Sol subir no céu.
