Transliteration

ā daivyā́ vṛṇīmahe’vā́ṃsi bṛ́haspátir no mahá ā́ sakhāyaḥ | yáthā bhávema mīḷhúṣe ánāgā yó no dātā́ parāvátaḥ pitā́iva ||

Translation

Escolhemos e chamamos para junto de nós os auxílios divinos; que Bṛhaspati, nosso poderoso Amigo, se aproxime, ó companheiros — para que nos tornemos sem culpa diante do Doador generoso, aquele que, do longínquo além, nos concede como um pai.
