ní tvā́ nakṣya viśpate dyumántaṃ deva dhīmahi | suvī́ram agna āhuta ||

Translation

Em ti firmamos o pensamento, ó senhor dos povos; ó deus luminoso, em íntima consciência te mantemos —ó Agni, invocado pela oferenda— para que em nós nasça a força heróica.
