Sukta 6.8
अस्माकमग्ने मघवत्सु धारयानामि क्षत्रमजरं सुवीर्यम् । वयं जयेम शतिनं सहस्रिणं वैश्वानर वाजमग्ने तवोतिभिः ॥
asmā́kam agne maghávat-su dhāraya anā́mi kṣatrám ajáraṃ su-vī́ryam | vayáṃ jayema śatínaṃ sahasríṇaṃ vaiśvā́nara vā́jam agne tavóti-bhiḥ ||
Para nós, ó Agni, entre os Maghavat — os generosos, os poderosos — sustenta a soberania (kṣatra) íntegra, imperecível, plena de força heroica. Que vençamos, ó Vaiśvānara, a porção de poder vitorioso (vāja), cem e mil vezes, ó Agni, por teus auxílios.
