यदिन्द्र सर्गे अर्वतश्चोदयासे महाधने । असमने अध्वनि वृजिने पथि श्येनाँ इव श्रवस्यतः ॥

Transliteration

yád indra sárge árvataś codayā́se mahādhané | asamáne ádhvani vṛjíné pathí śyenā́m̐ iva śravasyatáḥ ||

Translation

Se tu, ó Indra, no ímpeto incitas os corcéis à corrida para a grande conquista — na jornada sem trilha, no caminho difícil — então guia-nos e impele-nos, como falcões do que busca a glória.
