Sukta 5.83
यस्य व्रते पृथिवी नन्नमीति यस्य व्रते शफवज्जर्भुरीति । यस्य व्रत ओषधीर्विश्वरूपाः स नः पर्जन्य महि शर्म यच्छ ॥
yásya vraté pṛthivī́ nánnamīti yásya vraté śaphá-vaj járbhurīti | yásya vratá óṣadhīr viśvá-rūpāḥ sá naḥ párjanya máhi śárma yaccha ||
Pela lei de quem a Terra se inclina e não vacila; pela lei de quem ele avança impetuoso, como de casco duro, no seu ímpeto; pela lei de quem as ervas, de formas universais, assumem todas as suas figuras — que esse Parjanya nos conceda vasta paz e abrigo.
