Sukta 4.45
प्र वामवोचमश्विना धियंधा रथः स्वश्वो अजरो यो अस्ति । येन सद्यः परि रजांसि याथो हविष्मन्तं तरणिं भोजमच्छ ॥
prá vām avocam aśvinā dhiyam-dhā́ ratháḥ sváśvo ajáro yó ásti | yénā sadyáḥ pári rajā́ṃsi yā́tho haviṣmántam taraṇíṃ bhójām áccha ||
A vós, ó Aśvins, eu proclamei o pensamento portador de luz: tendes um carro de corcéis esplêndidos, sem velhice em seu poder. Por ele atravessais de pronto as vastidões dos espaços intermédios, vindo direto ao rápido portador da oferenda — aquele que frui do havis (porção sacrificial) e o distribui.
