Transliteration

jā́to jā́yate sudinatvé ahnā́ṃ samaryá ā́ vidáthe várdhamānaḥ | punánti dhīrā́ apáso manīṣā́ devayā́ vípra úd iyarti vā́cam ||

Translation

Nascido, ele torna a nascer na clara ventura dos dias, crescendo no movimento comum, na assembleia (vidátha). Os firmes purificam as obras pela inteligência inspirada (dhī, manīṣā); o sábio voltado aos deuses (vipra) ergue a Palavra (vāc).
