Sukta 3.6
आ रोदसी अपृणा जायमान उत प्र रिक्था अध नु प्रयज्यो । दिवश्चिदग्ने महिना पृथिव्या वच्यन्तां ते वह्नयः सप्तजिह्वाः ॥
ā́ rodasī apṛṇā jā́yamāna utá prá rikthā ádha nú prayajyo | diváś cid agne mahinā́ pṛthivyā́ vacyántāṃ te váhnayaḥ saptájihvāḥ ||
Ao teu nascimento encheste os dois mundos, e avançaste para a tua herança — agora como aquele que conduz a obra do sacrifício. Ó Agni, pela tua grandeza que ultrapassa até o céu e a terra, que os teus portadores, as potências de sete línguas, sejam chamados à ação pela palavra.
