Transliteration

kuvín mā gopā́ṃ karase jánasya kuvíd rājā́nam maghavann ṛjīṣin | kuvín ma ṛ́ṣiṃ papivā́ṃsaṃ sutásya kuvín me vásvo amṛ́tasya śíkṣāḥ ||

Translation

Serás tu, de fato, para mim o guardião do povo? Serás tu, de fato, meu rei, ó Maghavan, senhor do ímpeto reto? Far-me-ás, de fato, um ṛṣi, que bebeu do Soma prensado? Instruir-me-ás, de fato, nas riquezas do Imortal — nessas plenitudes?
