प्र सप्तहोता सनकादरोचत मातुरुपस्थे यदशोचदूधनि । न नि मिषति सुरणो दिवेदिवे यदसुरस्य जठरादजायत ॥

Transliteration

prá saptáhotā sanakā́d arocata mātúr upásthe yád aśócad ū́dhani | ná ní miṣati suráṇo divédive yád ásurasya jaṭhárād ájāyata ||

Translation

Para a frente resplandeceu o Sete‑Hotṛ (Saptahotṛ) desde a origem primeva, quando ardeu no colo da Mãe, no úbere do alimento. Não pisca, o benfeitor, dia após dia, desde que nasceu do ventre do poder senhorial.
