Transliteration

śagdhí vā́jasya subhaga prajā́vato’gne bṛható adhvaré | sáṃ rāyā́ bhū́yasā sṛja mayobhúnā tuv́idyumna yaśásvatā ||

Translation

Concede (śagdhí), ó Agni, doador de boa fortuna, a porção da força‑vitória (vāja), rica em descendência e linhagem, no grande sacrifício (adhvará). Une‑nos a uma riqueza (rāyá) ainda mais abundante, pela potência que gera deleite (mayobhū) — tu, de vasta glória, de vasto fulgor, o digno de louvor.
