Sukta 2.16
प्र ते नावं न समने वचस्युवं ब्रह्मणा यामि सवनेषु दाधृषिः । कुविन्नो अस्य वचसो निबोधिषदिन्द्रमुत्सं न वसुनः सिचामहे ॥
prá te nā́vaṃ ná sámane vacasyúvaṃ bráhmaṇā yā́mi sávaneṣu dā́dhṛṣiḥ | kuvín no asyá vácaso nibódhiṣad índram utsáṃ ná vásunaḥ sicāmahe ||
Como um barco para a travessia, vou a ti com a palavra que busca ser proferida, com o bráhman‑mantra, nas prensagens do Soma, ó firme. Que ele de fato atente para esta nossa fala; derramemos Indra como uma fonte de riquezas.
