Transliteration

cákṣuṣaḥ pitā mánasā hí dhīró ghṛtámene ajanann annamā́ne | yadéd ántā adadṛhanta pū́rva ā́d id dyāvāpṛthivī́ aprathetām ||

Translation

O Pai da visão, o sábio firme, gerou pela mente o fluxo clarificado (ghṛta), o entendimento luminoso, enquanto os dois se curvavam em adoração. Quando os primeiros limites foram solidamente estabelecidos, então o Céu e a Terra se expandiram para a sua vasta morada.
