Sukta 10.7
इमा अग्ने मतयस्तुभ्यं जाता गोभिरश्वैरभि गृणन्ति राधः । यदा ते मर्तो अनु भोगमानड्वसो दधानो मतिभिः सुजात ॥
imā́ agne matáyas túbhyaṃ jātā́ góbhiḥ áśvaiḥ abhí gṛ́ṇanti rā́dhaḥ | yadā́ te márto ánu bhógam ānáḍ váso íti dádhāno matíbhiḥ sujāta ||
Estes pensamentos, ó Agni, nascidos para ti, louvam a tua plenitude de dádivas — riquezas luminosas: vacas como raios e cavalos como potências do movimento. Quando o mortal segue o teu gozo e o alcança, trazendo em si o Vasu — a substância verdadeira — por inspirações bem formadas, ó Chama bem-nascida.
