उषासानक्ता बृहती सुपेशसा द्यावाक्षामा वरुणो मित्रो अर्यमा । इन्द्रं हुवे मरुतः पर्वताँ अप आदित्यान्द्यावापृथिवी अपः स्वः ॥

uṣásānáktā bṛhatī́ supeśasā dyāvākṣāmā váruṇo mitró aryámā | índraṃ huve marútaḥ párvatāṃ ápa ādityā́n dyāvāpṛthivī́ ápaḥ svàḥ ||

Invoco Uṣas e Naktā, a Aurora e a Noite, vastas e de bela forma; o Céu-e-a-Terra; Varuṇa, Mitra, Aryaman. Invoco Indra, os Maruts, as Montanhas, as Águas, os Ādityas; o Céu-e-a-Terra, as Águas, Svar, o mundo luminoso. Que essas potências cósmicas se reúnam em nós como a ordem perfeita do nosso devir.
