svàrjitaṁ máhi mandānáṁ ándhaso havāmahe pári śakráṁ sutā́m̐ úpa | imáṁ no yajñám ihá bodhyā́ gáhi spṛ́dho jáyantaṁ maghávānam īmahe ||

Translation

Invocamos o Poderoso, o conquistador do céu, o exultante na essência do Soma; chamamos Śakra às libações espremidas. Desperta para este nosso sacrifício aqui e vem; buscamos o generoso Maghavan, vencedor de todas as forças adversas.
