सोमं राजानमवसेऽग्निं गीर्भिर्हवामहे । आदित्यान्विष्णुं सूर्यं ब्रह्माणं च बृहस्पतिम् ॥
Transliteration
sómaṃ rājā́nam ávase ’gníṃ gīrbhír havāmahe | ādityā́n víṣṇuṃ sū́ryaṃ brahmā́ṇaṃ ca bṛ́haspátim ||
Translation
Para nosso auxílio invocamos Soma, o Rei, e Agni com nossas palavras iluminadas; invocamos os Ādityas, Viṣṇu, Sūrya e Brahmāṇa, e Bṛhaspati — potências que alargam, sustentam e revelam em nós a consciência da verdade.
