Sukta 1.85
आ वो वहन्तु सप्तयो रघुष्यदो रघुपत्वानः प्र जिगात बाहुभिः । सीदता बर्हिरुरु वः सदस्कृतं मादयध्वं मरुतो मध्वो अन्धसः ॥
ā́ vo vahantu saptáyo raghuṣyádo raghu-pátvānaḥ prá jigāta bā́hubhiḥ | sī́datā bárhir urú vaḥ sádaḥ-kṛtáṃ mā́dayadhvaṃ maruto mádhvo ándhasaḥ ||
Que os sete corcéis velozes vos tragam aqui — prontos a montar, rápidos a voar; avançai com braços de poder. Assentai-vos sobre o amplo Barhis sagrado, sobre o assento preparado para vós; ó Maruts, inebriai-vos com a essência melífera, o deleite que nutre a alma.
