Sukta 1.77
स नो नृणां नृतमो रिशादा अग्निर्गिरोऽवसा वेतु धीतिम् । तना च ये मघवानः शविष्ठा वाजप्रसूता इषयन्त मन्म ॥
sá no nṛṇā́ṃ nṛtámo riśā́dā agnír gíro ’vá sā vetu dhī́tim | tánā ca yé maghávānaḥ śáviṣṭhā vā́ja prasūtā iṣáyanta mánma ||
Que Agni, o mais varonil entre os homens, o matador dos nocivos, venha a nós com o seu auxílio e conduza à realização a nossa palavra inspirada. E que essas potências poderosas, as mais vigorosas, impelidas pela plenitude de força, lancem o nosso pensamento para a frente.
