Transliteration
ghṛtā́havana santy émā u ṣú śrudhī́ gíraḥ | yā́bhiḥ káṇvasya sū́navo havánte’váse tvā ||
Translation
Ó tu cuja invocação é com ghṛta, aqui estão estas palavras: escuta-as bem. Com estas fórmulas os filhos de Kaṇva te chamam em auxílio: vem, Fogo sustentador, que ergues a oferenda ao alto e conduzes a consciência para dentro.
