Sukta 1.40
उत्तिष्ठ ब्रह्मणस्पते देवयन्तस्त्वेमहे । उप प्र यन्तु मरुतः सुदानव इन्द्र प्राशूर्भवा सचा ॥
uttíṣṭha brahmaṇaspate deva-yántaḥ tvemáhe | úpa prá yantu marútaḥ su-dā́nava índra prāśū́r bhavā sácā ||
Ergue-te, ó Brahmaṇaspati, Senhor da Palavra; nós, que buscamos o Divino, a ti clamamos. Que se aproximem os Maruts, doadores generosos; e tu, ó Indra, sê nosso rápido impulsionador, presente conosco na marcha do sacrifício.
