वि जनाञ्छ्यावाः शितिपादो अख्यन्रथं हिरण्यप्रउगं वहन्तः । शश्वद्विशः सवितुर्दैव्यस्योपस्थे विश्वा भुवनानि तस्थुः ॥

ví jánāñ chyāvā́ḥ śitipā́do akhyan ráthaṁ híraṇyapraugaṁ váhantaḥ | śáśvad víśaḥ savitúr daívyasyópasthe víśvā bhúvanāni tasthuḥ ||

Os (corcéis) escuros de pés luminosos avistaram os povos, conduzindo o carro de dianteira dourada. Sempre os clãs permanecem no regaço do divino Savitṛ; todos os mundos tomaram o seu lugar.
