Sukta 1.167
जोषद्यदीमसुर्या सचध्यै विषितस्तुका रोदसी नृमणाः । आ सूर्येव विधतो रथं गात्त्वेषप्रतीका नभसो नेत्या ॥
jóṣad yád īm asuryā́ sacádhyai víṣita-stukā rodasī́ nṛmánāḥ | ā́ sū́ryeva vidható ráthaṃ gāt tveṣá-pratīkā nábhaso nétyā ||
Quando o poder soberano consente em acompanhá-los, os dois mundos, ávidos de valentia, põem-se em movimento com o fulgor de seus penachos brilhantes. Como o Sol, ela vai ao carro do adorador —em forma flamejante— atravessando os espaços do céu.
