Transliteration

prá sú jyeṣṭháṃ ni-cirā́bhyāṃ bṛhán námo havyáṃ matíṃ bharatā mṛḷayád-bhyāṃ svādiṣṭháṃ mṛḷayád-bhyām | tā́ sam-rā́jā ghṛtā́sutī yajñé-yajñe úpa-stutā | áthai noḥ kṣatráṃ ná kútaś canā́dhṛṣe deva-tváṃ nú cit ā́dhṛṣe ||

Translation

Fazei avançar a vasta, a mais antiga reverência — oferenda do pensamento — aos dois de longa duração, aos dois que concedem misericórdia, os mais suavemente misericordiosos. Esses dois reis soberanos, ricos em libação de ghee, louvados em cada sacrifício: então o seu kṣatra, poder de soberania, não é atacável de parte alguma; nem mesmo a sua divindade pode ser vencida.
