Recitation with translationVaraha Purana 136.30

Core idea

Brahmā alone fully 'knows' the mystery; between Śiva and Viṣṇu there is no ultimate difference, while Viṣṇu is described as the repository of māyā that governs phenomenal appearance.

In practice

Cultivate non-sectarian devotion and discernment: honor diverse divine forms as one reality; treat māyā as a power to be understood and transcended through knowledge and devotion.
