Recitation with translationBrahmavidya Upanishad 44

mano 'py anyatra nikṣiptaṃ cakṣur anyatra pātitam | tathāpi yogināṃ yogo hy avicchinnaḥ pravartate ||44||

Nawet jeśli umysł skierowany jest gdzie indziej, a oko zwrócone gdzie indziej, niemniej jednak joga joginów rzeczywiście postępuje bez przerwy.

Even if the mind is placed elsewhere and the eye is cast elsewhere, nevertheless the yoga of yogins indeed proceeds uninterruptedly.

Abhyāsa and steadiness (niṣṭhā); uninterrupted yoga (avicchinna-yoga)Mahavakya: Indirect—describes stability conducive to mahāvākya-jñāna-niṣṭhā (abidance in realized truth).AtharvaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka)
