Yoga and practice

Encourages śraddhā and gratitude as stabilizers of practice; frames realization as the ‘fruit’ of sustained sādhana (karma-yoga, upāsanā, śama-dama) culminating in knowledge; supports bhāvanā of kṛtajñatā (thankfulness) without reintroducing doership.
