प्र दैवोदासो अग्निर्देवाँ अच्छा न मज्मना । अनु मातरं पृथिवीं वि वावृते तस्थौ नाकस्य सानवि ॥
Transliteration
prá daivódāso agnír devā́ṃ ácchā ná majmánā | ánu mātáraṃ pṛthivī́ṃ ví vāvṛte tastháu nā́kasya sā́navi ||
Translation
Naprzód porusza się Agni, boski dawca, ku bogom ze swoją potęgą. Podążając za Matką Ziemią rozszerza się szeroko i stoi na grzbiecie nieba, ustanawiając więź między ugruntowaną podstawą a jaśniejącym szczytem.
