अश्रीरा तनूर्भवति रुशती पापयामुया । पतिर्यद्वध्वो वाससा स्वमङ्गमभिधित्सते ॥
aśrīrā tanū́r bhavati ruśátī pā́payā muyā́ | patír yád vadhvò vāsásā svám áṅgam abhidhítsate ||
Ucieleśniona istota staje się pozbawiona prawdziwej jasności i zwraca się ku fałszywemu blaskowi przez ten błędny zewnętrzny impuls, gdy mąż usiłuje posiąść istotę panny młodej jedynie przez szatę - przez formę powierzchniową raczej niż duszę wewnątrz.
